Ravi started ClienteleRCM in 2016 and serves as the President & CEO. He brings 16+ years of experience to the company with value creation for ClienteleRCM Clients. He is a bachelor’s degree holder and certified biller from AAHAM. Since, he started his carrier as a biller and 16+ years of in-depth hands-on experience in the field of Medical Billing – US Healthcare (End to End process) with focus on Production, Quality, Training and Client Satisfaction.
He is utilizing his hands on experience and providing the best services to his clients.
His believes are his commitment and communication to clients and also his added advantages are practice analysis and reports such as MIS reports where most of the billing software’s does not have an option to generate the client required reports.
Operation Manager - Accounts Receivable
Somashekar Jayaram is a Bachelor of Computer Applications Degree holder, He has 16 Years of experience in Medical Billing Industry. He is currently working with Clientele RCM as Operation Manager - AR.
He thinks Accounts Receivable plays one of the Major roles in Medical Billing Industry. Professional and Aggressive is the source to pursuit of payment from insurance companies to resolve aging A/R and Working towards resolutions will always keep our practice as one of the best.

He is currently working with Clientele RCM as Senior Manager Operation, Responsible for Billing, Payment posting and MIS Departments, His Expertised in Billing, Payment posting Department & Additional reporting providing to clients,
Making performance dash boards to be shared with the leadership team. Motivating leaders; work with cross functional teams effectively, Providing feedback to the Leaders periodically to ensure there is a significant improvement in process in place.
Rolling out HIPPA training modules to the Leads and staffs on improving contextual knowledge, He independently troubleshoot and resolve complex monitoring issues, Monitor and take action on personnel and disciplinary issues.
